Robert has been in the business from the beginning and is passionate about maintaining his mother’s family values. He is also passionate about building a successful business and investing in people "business is all about people". Robert is often found in the kitchen tasting and sampling something new with our chefs and is never short of a good idea.
Daryl Atkins
Product Development Manager
Daryl learnt his trade working under some of Norfolk's top chefs and joined the party food revolution at Frank Dale Foods in 2005. He has been responsible for the launch of over 80 products including our delicious Strawberry Cream Scones and is never short of a good idea. Daryl loves spending time with his young family and is famous for his quirky summer BBQ's!
Sam Bagge
Development Chef
Sam joined us after spending 12 months travelling the world. Sam learnt his trade at one of the UK's leading catering schools, City College Norwich and has gained valuable experience in the kitchens of Gordon Ramsey's flagship restaurant Claridge's. Sam is a diehard Norwich City supporter and you can often find him on the terraces at Carrow road cheering the canaries on.
Lorraine & Lucy
Kitchen Supervisors
This mother and daughter combo are responsible for making sure every single quiche and canape is made with love and affection. Lorraine has been with us since the early days and Lucy soon followed in her mums footsteps.
Chris Lake
Operations Manager
Chris recently joined us as Ops Manager - a new role in the business. He has been in food for years and makes sure all our products are made to a high standard and delivered on time. Chris is a bit of a petrol head and when he isn’t running the factory, he likes to travel all over the place watching F1 and Touring Car events.
Matt Lawley
Sales & Marketing Manager
Matt has been with Frank Dale for over 4 years, and has played a major part in the company’s rapid growth. Outside of Frank Dale, Matt enjoys keeping fit, and is a keen footballer and all round sports enthusiast.
Nigel Cushion
Chairman
Nigel joined the business in 2009 to lead the board. Nigel enjoys working with the senior team to help them develop their potential and take the business to the next level, while making sure everyone holds onto the founders family values. The Sunday Times praised his “sensitive and enthusiastic” approach and his “exceptionally successful” record.
Jean & Peter Dale
Founders
Jean used to bake delicious quiches with the cracked eggs from Peter's farm in the late 80's and soon realised this was more than just a hobby! Ably assisted by Peter, Jean started Frank Dale Foods in 1994 and hasn't looked back since. Although Jean has taken a back seat in recent years, she still pops in regularly to keep us on our toes.
Mandy Easton
Co-founder
Mandy is the daughter of Peter and Jean and has been instrumental in getting us to where we are today. Mandy is now responsible for buying all the exciting ingredients we use in our products from Scottish smoked salmon to smoked Suffolk bacon. Mandy is Frank Dale's unofficial recipe queen and is always keen to share a good idea with the team.
Craig Neep
Financial Controller
Craig is in charge of the finance department at Frank Dale, and you will usually find him buried in one of his famous spreadsheets. Out of work Craig enjoys running and playing guitar, in between spending time with his young family.
Ian Barber
Technical Manager
Ian has a key role within Frank Dale, and maintains that our business is running parallel to Frank Dale’s values of passion, honesty, integrity, and quality. Ian has been a major influence for Frank Dale’s recent BRC audit, in which we received the highest commendation of Grade A. Ian is well known in the Frank Dale team for his extraordinary appetite at lunch time!
Chris Hurrell
National Account Manager
Chris has been the National Account Manager for Frank Dale Foods since 2008 but has been in the food industry for over 26 years. When he’s not looking after our customers, Chris’ time is split carefully between his family and of course golf – although his wife would argue otherwise!
Liz Cole
Payroll and Accounts Administrator
Liz is a long standing member of the Frank Dale team having been with us for 13 years. Liz keeps the office ticking, looking after payroll and handles sales and purchase orders. Outside of work she is a busy farmer’s wife and can often be spotted either running or cycling around the area.
Heather Shuter
Finance Manager
Heather has managed our finances for the past three and a half years, ensuring that our suppliers are paid and dealing with our customers. When not balancing the books she enjoys travelling to far flung destinations and is currently helping her partner renovate their home.
Joy Clarke
Planning Manager
Joy joined the company in 2009 as a Planning Manager and supports both Mandy Easton and the Operations Manager Chris Lake. Joy enjoys speaking to suppliers and our customers, and in her spare time she makes worldly celebration cakes and also enjoys keeping fit.
