We are currently in the process of finalising our own range of miniature cakes. Exploring 15g and 22g options, we have a wide variety of flavour combinations which have been developed in our NPD kitchen by our two top chefs. The product concept is aligned with industry trends, with more consumers demanding smaller products to share, provide variety, and watch their calories through portion control! Staying true to the Frank Dale values, we have a traditional British cake selection with some possible flavours of: and a Luxury selection, containing a Chocolate trio.
Each cake has a delicate moist sponge, topped with flavoured sweet cream cheese or mascarpone, and then finished to the high standards Frank Dale Foods demands. The mini cakes will be launched early into the New Year!
