Christmas Dinner with Frank Dale- Daryl's menu
In the spirit of Christmas, Product Development Manager Daryl Atkins, and Development Chef Sam Bagge have put together their Christmas menus to add a little bit of competition in a fight for Christmas Pride in the Development Kitchen.
Starter
Steamed Game pate coated in Suffolk smoked streaky bacon served
with a redcurrant and orange compote and toasted ciabatta bread.
Main
A Norfolk Turkey, with a homemade sage and onion stuffing, topped
with Suffolk smoked black streaky bacon, accompanied by honey glazed
roasted root vegetables, wholegrain mustard Yorkshire puddings, seasoned
King Edward potatoes roasted in goose fat / roasted new potatoes seasoned
with rosemary and thyme herb, and finished in a bacon, silverskin onion a
nd red wine gravy.
Dessert
Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy and orange
clotted cream.
