Mini Quiche Selection (96pcs)

A mixed selection of traditional mini quiches made with British eggs and flour, baked in our in-house golden shortcrust pastry (approx. 21g / 4.5cm diam. each):

  • Sun-dried Tomato and Basil
  • Cheese, Onion and Chive
  • Classic Lorraine (British cheese and bacon)
  • Salmon and Dill (Scottish salmon)

Recipes meet PHE 2017 Salt Targets.

Cooking Instructions:

Oven: Remove from outer packaging, leave in foil. Place in preheated oven 200°C / Gas Mark 6 for approximately 14 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Other: Ensure a core temperature of >75°C is achieved (or relevant national requirements) for at least 30 seconds before serving. Do not reheat after cooking.
