Strawberry & Cream Scones

Light, crumbly mini scones topped with strawberry jam, a rosette of whipped, fresh double cream and a slice of fresh strawberry (approx. 26g / 4cm diam. each).

Other: Thaw and serve: Simply arrange canapés on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Defrosted refrigerated storage 6 hours.
