Vibrant Mini Quiche Selection

A ready-baked selection of mini quiches in colourful, vegetable flavoured shortcrust pastry cases (approx. 21g / 4.5cm diam. each). May be served hot or thaw and serve cold.

24 of each flavour:

  • Cheddar with onion and chive in beetroot pastry
  • Spinach and red pepper with Greek feta in spinach pastry

Suitable for vegetarians.

Cooking Instructions:

Oven: Remove from outer packaging. Place frozen product onto a baking tray. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Gas Mark 6 for approximately 10 - 14 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Ensure a core temperature of >75°C is achieved (or relevant national requirements) for at least 30 seconds before serving. Do not reheat after cooking.

Other: Thaw and serve: Simply arrange quiches on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.

Mature Cheddar with Onion and Chive Quiche, in a Beetroot Shortcrust Pastry: Fortified WHEAT Flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Mature Cheddar Cheese (10%) (MILK, Natural Colour (Annatto Bixin, Norbixin)), Whole MILK, Free-Range EGG, Margarine, Shortening (Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Maize Flour, Onion (5%), Italian Style Hard Cheese (5%) (MILK), Red Onion (3%), Chives (2%), Dijon MUSTARD (Water, MUSTARD Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Tomato Purée, Cornflour, Beetroot Powder (1%) (equivalent to 8% Beetroot), Garlic, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Nutmeg.

Spinach and Red Pepper with Greek Feta Quiche, in a Spinach Shortcrust Pastry: Fortified WHEAT Flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Greek Feta (11%) (MILK), Free-Range EGG, Whole MILK, Margarine, Spinach (8%), Shortening (Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Maize Flour, Onion, Water, Mature Cheddar Cheese (MILK, Natural Colour (Annatto Bixin, Norbixin)), Red Pepper (3%), Cornflour, Dijon MUSTARD (Water, MUSTARD Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Purée (Red Chilli, White Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Thickener (Guar Gum)), Paprika, Nutmeg.
