Our factory

Since 2009 the Frank Dale range has been made by the experienced and skilled in-house workforce, within a modern and versatile BRCGS AA+ accredited facility, which is Nut free, Sesame free and Celery free. Combining the latest technology with more traditional production methods which includes hand finishing, the trusted Frank Dale brand is synonymous with the delivery of premium buffet occasion foods with unrivalled flavour, quality and finish.

The Frank Dale brand is owned by Finedale Foods Ltd in Norfolk, who are experts in contract food manufacturing, creating unique ready to heat or eat branded and private label goods for a wide range of customers in the catering, wholesale and retail sectors.

Our processes are designed to create the best textures and tastes possible when served. From our delicious short crust pastry to sauces, fillings and toppings, our skilled team makes small batches with care and attention. Finished product is quickly blast frozen to preserve each item at its freshest.

We have a programme of staff training, investment and continuous improvement to ensure consistent quality and drive food safety standards.
